We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our Amazon Key team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of Amazon Key devices in residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of external install partners to ensure smooth and efficient installation of Amazon Key devices.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve install success and time to install.
- Scout for new install partners and onboard them into the network to increase coverage, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Provide expert support for end-user workflows and investigate on-site issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various initiatives intended to improve customer satisfaction.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Knowledge of smart home devices and access control systems.
- Electrician or equivalent qualification and work experience.
- Ability to define processes and workflows.
- Understanding of technical dependencies.
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
The Amazon Key team sits within the Amazon Devices team alongside Ring and other Home Security teams. We are a uniquely cross-functional team within Amazon, and often serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping.
