Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including Phonics sessions and interventions.
* Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparations.
* Support all students, including those with additional needs, to promote inclusion.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
* Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
* Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Relevant experience working with children, within a school setting.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service.
* Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding practices.
