Job Title: Account Director, Software Sales

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion for our enterprise-wide PROS solutions. Reporting to the RVP of Sales, you will work closely with our sales management team to develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries and verticals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales management, legal, finance, and marketing, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to develop and manage sales pipelines, and to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-4 years of SaaS software sales experience
  • Proven sales expertise, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Global mindset, with a sensitivity to and willingness to work across cultures and time zones
