About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Meliá White House Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, bars, and lounges, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that customer service is exceptional.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
