Food and Beverage Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a leading leisure entertainment brand in South London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and excellence in customer service.
  • Oversee stock management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, food handling regulations, and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Strong creative and organisational skills, with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Must hold at least a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 preferable).
