About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Pipeline Group team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service to our employees and managers based in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering: Ensure that HR business partnering within our client group operates within the requirements of relevant local employment legislation.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to managers on the application of company policies, including supporting disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with the implementation and development of initiatives that promote and develop constructive Employee Relations within the region and between other company business units.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the Performance Management Review process is embedded in the region and that any training needs are documented and actioned by the Learning and Development team.
  • Support and Development: Support employees and Line Managers with the ongoing Performance Management process.
  • Global Initiatives: Participate in the implementation of any global HR initiatives, such as Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, HR Policy, and Process developments.
  • Employee Engagement: Support managers with analyzing the results of the Employee Engagement survey and propose appropriate actions to improve engagement.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant previous experience in a similar position and ability to demonstrate providing an advanced level of HR advice to management and employees.
  • Knowledge and Skills: A good working knowledge of employment legislation, ability to interpret HR policies and procedures, and technical knowledge of employee benefits and associated administration schemes.
  • IT Skills: Good level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, including how to use formulas and V-lookup, Microsoft Office, and have a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Information Systems, particularly SAP.
