Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sickness and absence strategies, ensuring seamless implementation across the organization.
  • Manage and document personal injury and insurance claims, collaborating with the company's insurers to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies, evaluating employee motivation, commitment, and organizational culture to drive recommendations.
  • Support the HR leadership team in rolling out HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic and operational goals.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of HR policy documents and procedures as needed.
  • Advocate for and advance digitalization and automation initiatives within the HR Department.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the HR leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a HR advisory role (3-5 years)
  • Proven experience in handling complex HR casework, including redundancy, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Digitalisation experience/ Automation implementation (advantageous)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • CIPD (advantageous)

  • Monday to Thursday, 8.30pm with 30 minutes lunch (flexible to move to 8.00)
