Senior HR Advisor

Cammach Bryant is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert HR advice and support to our employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR business partnering to our client group, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
- Offer guidance to managers on company policies, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes.
- Support the implementation of initiatives promoting constructive Employee Relations within the region and between business units.
- Embed the Performance Management Review process in the region and document training needs for the Learning and Development team.
- Support employees and Line Managers with the ongoing Performance Management process.
- Participate in global HR initiatives, such as Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, HR Policy, and Process developments.
- Support managers in analysing Employee Engagement survey results and propose actions to improve engagement.
- Relevant experience in a similar position, with advanced HR advice skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation and ability to interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to review work methods for efficiency.
- Innovative approach to ways of working.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Human Resources Information Systems (SAP).
