Location: Oxford City Centre
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Friday, 9am to 4pm; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am to 3pm
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our lettings team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the lettings team, including managing tenant inquiries, application processes, and tenancy agreements.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including updating property listings and preparing promotional materials.
