Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings, recording minutes, and filing correspondence.
- Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, completing all obligatory training and induction modules.
- Participate in professional development reviews and take a proactive approach to own professional development.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in minute-taking and generating minutes in a range of meetings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
