About the Role

Akrivia Health is seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to support our ambitious research programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings, recording minutes, and filing correspondence.
  • Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, completing all obligatory training and induction modules.
  • Participate in professional development reviews and take a proactive approach to own professional development.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in minute-taking and generating minutes in a range of meetings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
