Temporary Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Temporary Client Services Coordinator to assist our client in delivering exceptional service. This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right individual.


The ideal candidate will possess experience in a professional environment, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and strong data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster strong relationships.

  • Serve as the vital link between clients, service providers, and operations managers to ensure a top-tier service experience.
Oversee the daily operations related to service delivery for designated customer contracts.

  • Respond to all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to uphold a high standard of customer service.
  • Monitor the performance of both internal and external suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Input data from service intervention records into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
  • Coordinate daily dispatches using the designated courier service.
  • Manage on-site logistics.
Work Schedule:

• 5 hours per week (Compensation is provided weekly through One to One Personnel)

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage.
