The ideal candidate will possess experience in a professional environment, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and strong data management skills.
Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
- Serve as the vital link between clients, service providers, and operations managers to ensure a top-tier service experience.
- Respond to all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to uphold a high standard of customer service.
- Monitor the performance of both internal and external suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Input data from service intervention records into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
- Coordinate daily dispatches using the designated courier service.
- Manage on-site logistics.
• 5 hours per week (Compensation is provided weekly through One to One Personnel)
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly wage.
