Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment, to ensure smooth execution.
- Process and respond to event inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure effective communication and coordination of events, resulting in exceptional guest experiences and exceeding departmental targets.
