About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Rapid Assessment and Resettlement Practitioner. As a key member of our Street Homeless Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assess street homeless clients and those threatened with homelessness into our temporary accommodation.
  • Link clients into relevant support services and specialists to create a pathway into longer-term housing.
  • Maintain the accommodation and prepare meals for residents.
Requirements
  • Experience in care, homelessness, and sustaining tenancies.
  • Valid DBS and references.
