Job Summary:

IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFA administrator to join our team. As an IFA administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisers with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cradle to Grave Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support for all financial services products, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Platform Management: Utilize Intelligent Office system and various platforms to manage client data, quotes, illustrations, and product information.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Business Processing: Process new business, prepare annual reviews, and obtain necessary paperwork.
  • Provider Management: Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IFA administrator.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
