About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join QED Legal, a busy city centre based private practice, as a Legal Administrator. The firm is continuing to grow and is seeking an exceptional individual to provide seamless administration support for both residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for conveyancing and property transactions, including registrations, LBTTs, advance notices, and ordering searches.
  • Assist with broader administrative tasks, such as dealing with mail, setting up files, answering calls, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective administration support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property or legal administration, ideally 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
