Assistant Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Head Chef to join our team at Zizzi. As a senior member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stepping into the Head Chef's shoes and leading the team to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Planning and preparing for shifts, ensuring the right level of food is prepared and delegating duties to the team.
  • Working closely with the restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers and taking pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
