Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the processing and invoicing of annuity platforms
  • Assisting with achieving KPIs set for the differing departments
  • Understanding nuances of bespoke invoicing arrangements for specific customers
  • Taking calls from customers, responding to emails, and dealing with customer queries regarding invoices
  • Working with the IT supply chain to have full oversight of recurring billing and processes
  • Raising and actioning any disputes
  • Helping to review current processes
  • Supporting with wider Solutions and service orders to ensure all orders are up to date

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible when new customers are on-boarded
  • Excellent ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
