About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trustee Executive to join our team at ZEDRA Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing our clients, often working alongside a Senior Trustee Executive.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a client manager or supporting the client manager in managing aspects of service delivery and associated commercial considerations. You will be responsible for generating profit within ZEDRA Group and managing the margin on fixed fee clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Senior Trustee Executive to achieve business objectives
  • Provide technical pensions knowledge and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have more than 5 years of technical pensions knowledge and experience. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

A strong understanding of pensions management and a professional qualification, such as an Associate or working towards Associateship of the Pensions Management Institute, is highly desirable.
