Position Title: Business Analyst with Financial Crime Expertise

DETAILED POSITION DESCRIPTION

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Gather and meticulously document business and system requirements.
- Act as a bridge between Operations and IT to assist in collecting business requirements necessary for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
- Identify, develop, and facilitate process design changes through comprehensive business and systems process analysis and design, focusing on quality enhancement and data management, ensuring data integrity and validity; recommend process improvements or re-engineering, and integrate new systems with existing frameworks while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Support and align initiatives to fulfill customer and business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by establishing a communication strategy to keep all parties informed on project outcomes.
