Position Title: Business Analyst with Financial Crime Expertise
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

DETAILED POSITION DESCRIPTION

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

- Gather and meticulously document business and system requirements.
- Act as a bridge between Operations and IT to assist in collecting business requirements necessary for system enhancements and implementations.
- Identify, develop, and facilitate changes in process design by performing comprehensive business and systems analysis; focusing on quality enhancement and data governance; ensuring data integrity; proposing process improvements or re-engineering; integrating new systems with existing frameworks; and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems align with long-term business objectives.

- Support and align initiatives to fulfill customer and business demands.
- Manage client relationships and expectations by establishing a communication framework to keep stakeholders informed on project outcomes.
