Brand Project Coordinator (Fixed term contract)

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Brand Project Coordinator with strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities to join our London team. You will oversee branding initiatives, strategic campaigns, film projects, and website developments.

You will report directly to the Associate Director of Client Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team leaders to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines, while addressing challenges and ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with key priorities.
  • Manage accounts generating significant revenue in collaboration with the account-side Associate Director and senior leadership.
  • Foster client relationships by taking briefs, managing change requests, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and brief senior team members on potential new projects.
  • Work closely with finance and account teams to ensure projects are profitable and revenue-generating.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Preferred background in B2B environments.
  • Strong client empathy to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Enthusiasm and readiness to engage actively in projects.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and client-focused approach.
  • Experience in managing branding projects, including brand positioning, architecture, visual identities, and creative asset production.
