Position Overview:
The Gingerman Group is in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to enhance our culinary team.

In this role, you will be tasked with the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest culinary standards, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our patrons.


What We Offer:
- Employee discount for you and up to three guests at any of our establishments (Monday - Thursday)
- 28 days of annual leave (including two weeks at the start of the year when we are closed)

- Complimentary meals during shifts


We provide an hourly rate of £11.44, in addition to tips through tronc, which can range between £5000-£8000, with an average of 45-50 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards
- Manage and maintain preparation levels

- Accurately follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a comparable kitchen setting
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to perform well under pressure
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
