We have an exciting opportunity available at our Wisbech-based children's homes for Residential Support Workers. We seek compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role
  • Full-time and bank contracts available
  • Competitive salary starting at £24,600 per year (£11.92 per hour) plus sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month)
  • Generous annual leave allowance
  • Higher pay rates for Team Leader and Deputy Manager positions
  • Monthly rota provided
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse group of children
Essential Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations
  • Valid driver's license required
  • No prior experience necessary
