Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young people
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans and support strategies
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our residential settings

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age due to Ofsted regulations
  • Hold a valid driving license
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including long hours and sleep-ins
