About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Estates and Facilities Department, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects that support the Trust's Estates Strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic policies for the use of healthcare estate.
  • Manage multiple projects across various sites, working flexibly to meet project needs.
  • Oversee the Trust's Space Utilisation and management process.
  • Support colleagues in the delivery of projects.
  • Work in multiple environments, including clinical settings, on a diverse range of projects and buildings.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

Educated to degree level or equivalent, with postgraduate management qualification or significant management experience.Current postgraduate formal Project Management qualification or proven knowledge of project management principles.Extensive experience of managing multiple healthcare teams and trust projects at various levels.Highly specialist technical knowledge and understanding of the health service and its responsibilities.
