Job Title: Head of Strategy and Policy Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Estates and Facilities Department, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects that align with the Trust's Estates Strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic policies for the use of healthcare estate.
  • Manage multiple projects across various sites, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the Trust's Space Utilisation and management process, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Support colleagues in the delivery of projects, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects, with a strong track record of delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
