Job Title: Makeup Artist - Pat McGrath Labs

We are seeking an experienced Makeup Artist to join our team at Flannels, a leading luxury retailer. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional makeup services to our customers, while also driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert makeup applications using Pat McGrath Labs products
  • Assist customers with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with the team
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining consistent and regular appointment bookings
  • Analyze sales data and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
  • Share knowledge and expertise with customers to provide exceptional and personalized service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment and be flexible with working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Makeup Artist
  • Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with a significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to positively engage with customers
  • Well-informed and able to develop excellent product knowledge
  • Sales and service expert with the ability to deliver the extraordinary
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs
  • Confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
