Primary Responsibilities:- Implement robust management controls and oversee customer accounts through systematic reporting
- Promptly monitor and evaluate live alerts related to wet stock
- Efficiently handle AVA and SIR tanks, addressing issues as they arise
- Provide expert assistance to field teams in diagnosing and resolving site-related challenges
- Ensure swift resolution of any identified discrepancies and issues
- Stay informed on regulatory standards applicable to each client
- Support field testing initiatives and onboarding for new services
- Troubleshoot remote communication challenges, focusing on modem and TCP/IP protocols
- Collaborate with the IS360 team to deliver support, training, and insights on daily operations
- Assist the Team Leader with daily management tasks
- Conduct live demonstrations of tools and systems for clients and staff
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Prior experience in client relationship or account management
- Extensive background in the Wetstock sector as an Analyst
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of contractual obligations and legal standards
- Exceptional communication abilities paired with a positive demeanor
- Organized, structured, and self-motivated approach
- Capability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data for informed conclusions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
