Job Title: WSM Analyst Account Executive

At Vontier, we are seeking a highly skilled WSM Analyst Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dealer customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to dealer customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail fuel management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
