Job Title: WSM Analyst

At Vontier, we are seeking a highly skilled WSM Analyst to join our team. As a WSM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, investigating, and resolving system-generated and customer-reported incidents related to fuel losses, theft, meter drift, and delivery shortfalls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of effective management controls and monitor customer accounts through regular reporting and daily management activities.
  • Monitor and analyze wet stock live alarms within set time limits.
  • Process AVA and SIR tanks sufficiently and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Provide specialist support to field personnel to help identify and correct customer site issues.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up and resolution for identified issues and deviances.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all daily operational tasks, including customer reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing procedures to support the management of new/established customer accounts and ensuring all customer support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines as they apply to each customer.
  • Support field test activities and site enrollments for new services as required.
  • Troubleshoot remote communication issues, primarily modem and TCP/IP communication protocols.
  • Work cohesively with colleagues and the wider IS360 team to provide support, training, and information on day-to-day activities; take on additional responsibilities to enable larger projects to be delivered.
  • Assist the Team Leader with daily management activities.
  • Provide live demonstrations of tools and systems to customers and staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Fluent level of English (spoken and written).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
  • Previous experience of client relationship/account management.
  • Extensive experience gained working in the Wetstock Industry as an Analyst.
  • Patience and ability to develop, coach, and mentor others in the delivery of services to our customers.
  • Some commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service-oriented operation.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude.
  • Structured, organized, and self-driven.
  • Demonstrable ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data to draw rational, fact-based conclusions.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
