About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WSM Analyst to join our team at Vontier. As a WSM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, investigating, and resolving system-generated and customer-reported incidents related to fuel losses, theft, and meter drift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Identify, investigate, and close-out system-generated and customer-reported incidents within set time limits.
  • Wet Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze wet stock live alarms to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide specialist support to field personnel to help identify and correct customer site issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks, including customer reporting requirements, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Procedure Development: Create and implement procedures to support the management of new customer accounts and ensure all customer support needs are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines as they apply to each customer.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work cohesively with colleagues and the wider IS360 team to provide support, training, and information on day-to-day activities.
Requirements
  • Fluent English: Fluent level of English (spoken and written) is required.
  • MS Office Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
  • Client Relationship Management: Previous experience of client relationship/account management is essential.
  • Wet Stock Industry Experience: Extensive experience gained working in the Wetstock Industry as an Analyst is required.
  • Commercial Background: Some commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service-oriented operation is desirable.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
