Mitchell Maguire specializes in recruitment for the construction sector, focusing exclusively on sales roles within the HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical, and Building Services industries.

Role Overview:
  • This position involves internal sales responsibilities, concentrating on a diverse array of climate control products.
  • Sales efforts are split evenly between industrial end users and trade contractors in the Mechanical & Electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and air conditioning fields.
  • Support the external sales team by managing order processing, generating quotes, and performing various administrative duties.
  • Foster relationships with current clients while also pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone and email communication.
  • Potential for advancement into a field sales role.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Background in internal sales, sales support, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Preferably knowledgeable about climate control products or the Mechanical & Electrical sector.
  • Graduates from college or university with a focus on building services or engineering are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in professional interactions.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to achieve.
  • Proficient in IT applications (Microsoft Office).
