About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Origination Manager to join our Retention and Growth Team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers through digital channels, increase digital engagement and usage, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital origination strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple touchpoints
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to inform digital marketing and engagement initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital campaigns and promotions
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, including data analytics and customer relationship management systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the banking industry
