IT Service Desk Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our team at i3 Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Service Desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT incidents and requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Service Desk performance, including automation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain IT service catalog, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and analyze IT service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on service desk operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of IT service management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex IT issues.
