Role Overview

As a Retirement Plan Administrator, you will be an integral part of a proactive team focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will encompass managing all facets of our clients' retirement accounts, from initial establishment to retirement strategy development. You will work in a collaborative environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee retirement accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Review and facilitate the processing of retirement transfer documentation in collaboration with external partners.
  • Manage client contributions and coordinate payment collections effectively.
  • Accurately calculate and administer retirement benefits.
  • Coordinate income benefit disbursements utilizing our payroll systems.
  • Provide comprehensive support and communication to clients regarding their retirement benefits.
  • Uphold service level agreements and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and changes in financial services.
  • Engage in team discussions and contribute constructive feedback.
  • Enhance your knowledge of retirement plans and financial platforms.
  • Ensure favorable client outcomes by adhering to established protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with Personal Retirement Administration.
  • Strong analytical and customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
