Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Schroders Recruitment. As a key member of our client-facing team, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our financial planning advisers in all aspects of their advice process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare meeting packs and documentation/reports for client meetings and annual client reviews.
  2. Carry out day-to-day administrative functions, complete and submit applications, and maintain accurate records on our internal CRM system.
  3. Prepare and send letters of authority and obtain information on client policies from ceding schemes and providers to support research.
  4. Assist with the collation of client data and documents in the construction of suitable recommendation reports and prepare related client correspondence.
  5. New business submission and asset transfers – manage the case documentation process, including upload and submission of required compliance documents to our CRM system.
  6. Deal with telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 12 months administration experience within Financial Services, ideally within a wealth management and/or financial planning business.
  2. Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and high standards of literacy are essential.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. R01, FA1, FA2 Qualified, or looking to qualify, is an advantage.
