About the Role

Vision-FS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join its expanding Advice team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and investment advice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyze clients' financial data, develop strategies to meet their financial goals, and prepare comprehensive financial plans and reports.
  • Investment and Risk Management: Provide expert advice on investment options, risk management, and wealth preservation, ensuring clients' financial security and growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, network with potential clients, and develop leads to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 12 months' experience as a Financial Advisor, with a strong background in financial planning and investment advice.
  • Qualifications: Level 4 qualified, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Professional Standing: Up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Remuneration and Benefits
  • Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
