About the Role

Benchmark Capital is seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join our team in Horsham. As a Chartered Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning advice to clients, including tax-efficient investment planning, pensions and retirement planning, protection, and estate planning.
  • Analyze clients' financial needs and goals, develop lifetime planning strategies, and proactively provide an ongoing advice service.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver excellent client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory, legal, and statutory requirements impacting the financial planning industry.
  • Utilize digital client meeting tools, such as Microsoft Teams, and experience with Microsoft 365, CRM, and compliance systems.

Requirements

  • Chartered Financial Planner status or within a year of achieving Chartered Status.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a Financial Advisory Practice (independent or restricted).
  • Technical knowledge and experience across all aspects of financial planning.
  • Additional specialisms in Pensions, Trusts, and/or Long-Term Care and membership accreditation with professional bodies such as STEP, SOLA, and Resolution would be highly advantageous.
