Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As an HR Administrator, you will provide professional and confidential administrative support to our human resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including use of computerized systems, handling confidential information, updating staff records, and minute taking at meetings.

* Provide a high level of internal and external customer service, including taking ownership of customer queries and complaints and following issues through to completion.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English.

* Two years experience within a HR team.

* Full driving licence with access to own car.
