About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinician to join our Lower Limb Therapy Service and Well Leg Service as a Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will have a passion for Leg Ulcer management and excellent leadership skills to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound assessment, prevention, and treatment skills around care of leg ulcers
- Work closely with the Advanced Nurse Specialist, Community Nurse Team Managers, and other members of the Community Services Division to deliver safe and effective care
- Support the Advanced Nurse Specialist in undertaking research activities and clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy and Well Leg Service
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across a variety of clinic settings
- Leadership skills to support the team
