We are seeking an experienced Clinician to join our Lower Limb Therapy Service and Well Leg Service as a Nurse Specialist (Band 6). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound assessment, prevention, and treatment skills around care of leg ulcers.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will work closely with the Advanced Nurse Specialist (LLTS), Community Nurse Team Managers, Nurse Specialist (Community), Tissue Viability service, and other members of the Community Services Division to deliver safe, effective care across Exeter, Mid, and East Devon populations.
Key Duties- Provide wound assessment, prevention, and treatment skills around care of leg ulcers.
- Support the Advanced Nurse Specialist in undertaking research activities and clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy and Well Leg service team.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
