Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Haemodialysis Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our renal team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Haemodialysis service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Haemodialysis treatments to patients in a nurse-led Satellite Kidney Unit.
- Work collaboratively with Renal Consultants, specialist nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Haemodialysis policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time position, working a combination of early and late shifts, including weekends. You will be required to work 10 shifts over a 4-week period, with no night shifts or Sundays.
