Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehab Team in a full-time substantive post. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Rehab Nurse, and Rehab Support Workers to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions to adults of all ages.

Interventions will be provided on a 1:1 basis and through therapeutic group programmes, including our Strength and Balance exercise group and our Neuro Active group. You will be part of a friendly and supportive community therapy service that works in partnership with our health and social care colleagues.

The role will involve working with the Urgent Community Response Team to support with delivery of the Ageing Well rota, working shifts over seven days a week and between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 on a rota basis.

Contract and Benefits

This is a permanent post with a salary of £37,338 to £44,962 a year, per annum pro rata. The standard working hours for this role are 8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to work with the Urgent Community Response Team.
