About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our East Specialist Health Community Learning Disability Team. As a specialist physiotherapist, you will work with adults with learning disabilities, providing specialist physiotherapy services that meet their complex physical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to adults with learning disabilities, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Work closely with other multidisciplinary team members, carers, and services to promote independence and community inclusion.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Contribute to the planning, organization, and maintenance of physiotherapy services, ensuring high-quality care and effective use of resources.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
