Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive wound assessment, prevention, and treatment skills around care of leg ulcers
- Work closely with the Advanced Nurse Specialist (LLTS), Community Nurse Team Managers, and other members of the Community Services Division to deliver safe, effective care
- Support the Advance Nurse Specialist in undertaking research activities and clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy and Well Leg service team
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexibly across a variety of clinic settings, and the competencies required to perform at this level and role model the Trust's core values.
