Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-time Haemodialysis Nurse to join our team at the East Devon Satellite Kidney Unit at Honiton. As a key member of our renal care team, you will work closely with Renal Consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a Haemodialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for planning and delivering Haemodialysis services to regular out-patients, working in a nurse-led Satellite Kidney Unit. You will also contribute to the development of our services, ensuring that we provide the best possible care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Haemodialysis services to regular out-patients
  • Work closely with Renal Consultants and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Contribute to the development of our services, ensuring that we provide the best possible care to our patients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Experience of working in a renal care setting, preferably in a Haemodialysis unit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
