Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team. As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound assessment, prevention, and treatment skills for patients with leg ulcers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with Nurse specialists and Advanced Nurse Specialists to ensure safe and effective care.
  2. Support research activities and clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy and Well Leg service teams.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various clinic settings.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care.
