Salary: up to £35,000 plus bonus
Working Hours: 8:00 - 16:30 or 9:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (some flexibility in hours per week)
What responsibilities does the Marketplace Account Manager (Amazon Vendor Central & E-commerce) role entail?
- Assume full responsibility for the Amazon Vendor platform and oversee all e-commerce partnerships.
- Manage the product setup process, including gathering, uploading, and maintaining relevant assets.
- Supervise Amazon case management and resolve any issues related to product listings.
- Develop AMS campaigns and ensure they are executed within budget to meet performance objectives.
- Oversee campaigns, vouchers, and strategic plans for significant events such as Prime Day.
- Ensure that assets utilized across the Amazon marketplace and other eCommerce platforms are of superior quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to customize content for Amazon product pages.
- Work closely with senior management to identify and launch on new eCommerce platforms, both in the UK and internationally.
What qualifications are required for the Marketplace Account Manager (Amazon Vendor Central & E-commerce) position?
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with Amazon and comprehensive knowledge of Amazon Vendor & Seller Central in the UK.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding the intricacies of Amazon trade for effective management.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent sales and marketing capabilities.
- Experience in conducting customer-facing review meetings and delivering presentations.
- Willingness to attend trade events and customer meetings, with expenses covered.
- A recognized qualification in Sales is desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
