Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Talk Staff. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Address customer service issues, ensuring all discussions or correspondence are recorded and working towards a resolution.
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the Office Manager for assistance.
- Monitor and respond to emails within established timeframes.
- Process online orders and issue acknowledgments.
- Pack and ship items within agreed deadlines.
- Utilize the Sage system to handle order processing, quotations, returns, acknowledgments, and credit notes within specified time limits.
Requirements:
- Current or previous administration experience.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and Sage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
