Customer Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Talk Staff. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Address customer service issues, ensuring all discussions or correspondence are recorded and working towards a resolution.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the Office Manager for assistance.
  • Monitor and respond to emails within established timeframes.
  • Process online orders and issue acknowledgments.
  • Pack and ship items within agreed deadlines.
  • Utilize the Sage system to handle order processing, quotations, returns, acknowledgments, and credit notes within specified time limits.

Requirements:

  • Current or previous administration experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and Sage.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
